Current sales opportunities typically range from the mid-$400,000s for studios to nearly $15 million for premier upper-floor residences. Rental inventory generally ranges from approximately $2,700 to $10,000 per month, making the tower attractive to both end-users and investors seeking strong rental demand.

Icon Brickell Tower 1 is comprised of two parts, each with its own address.  The address for the eastern portion, which rises 57 stories, is 465 Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida 33131, while the address for the western portion, standing 52 stories high, is 475 Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida 33131.  Tower 1 offers various views including views of Downtown Miami, the Miami River, Biscayne Bay, Brickell Key, and/or the Miami Beach skyline.

Icon Brickell Tower 1, with 713 total condos, is the largest of the Icon Brickell towers.  As one might expect, it also has the greatest number of residents and most elevators.  Being the largest, some would say that it is also the most social of the three towers and quite easy to meet others.

Icon Brickell Tower 1, like the other Icon Brickell towers, is pet-friendly for both owners and renters.  A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per condo with no weight limit restriction.  The tower is situated on the northern portion of the Icon Brickell property adjacent to Miami Circle Park – a favorite meet-up spot for dog owners and their four-legged friends, as well as runners, walkers and those taking in the sights of luxury yachts and boats passing along the Miami River.

The condo association for Icon Brickell Tower 1 permits owners to rent their units for a term of no less than six (6) months.
