Icon Brickell Tower 3, also known as Icon Brickell III and the W Miami, is a combination of hotel and condo units. Completed in 2008, Icon Brickell Tower 3 has 372 condo residences comprised of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Additionally, the W Miami, located within Tower 3 of Icon Brickell, has 148 hotel rooms owned and operated by W Hotels®. Icon Brickell Tower 3 is a pet-friendly building.  It rises 50 stories offering beautiful views of the city and river. Icon Brickell Tower 3, like the other two towers at Icon Brickell, was designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Related Group while the lobby and interiors at Icon Brickell Tower 3 were designed by French interior designer Philippe Starck.
 
Icon Brickell Tower 3 offers residents a number of resort-style amenities, including a 300-foot-long swimming pool, a 28,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, a 50-person hot tub, a game room, a movie theater, a café with poolside food and beverage service, 24-hour concierge service, and 24-hour valet parking service. Additionally, Icon Brickell has three on-site restaurants: Italian fine-dining restaurant Cipriani, Mexican cuisine restaurant Cantina La Veinte, and American cuisine restaurant Addikt.
