Arif Bibioglu is a Licensed Luxury Real Estate Advisor with Brosda & Bentley Realtors, serving local and international clients throughout South Florida.
Before entering real estate, Arif built a 25+ year international banking career across treasury, asset and liability management, foreign exchange, private banking and financial-institution relationships. His work took him from Turkey to Ireland, Bahrain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Ukraine and Russia, including senior management and board-level responsibilities.
After relocating to Florida, he gained hands-on experience in residential development and construction, completed a nine-home development project, and helped establish a title and escrow business. This background allows him to evaluate property from more than a sales perspective: capital, risk, operating costs, development quality, title, negotiation and eventual exit all matter.
Today, Arif helps clients define the purpose of a purchase, compare Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach locations, screen buildings and pre-construction opportunities, evaluate condominium finances and operating costs, and coordinate the right financing, title, inspection, legal, tax and insurance professionals.
